There is no free equivalent to this image that can fulfill the purpose an article image is expected to fulfill (which is to accurately represent the subject of the article), because the article's subject (i.e., the Tolkien film) must, in order to be accurately portrayed as a film, be represented in an encyclopedic article by means of a promotional poster, created by the publisher of the film itself. Thus, no free image can exist that can accurately portray the Tolkien film in an encyclopedic article since any alternative to this image must, of necessity, use copyrighted material associated with the film itself in order to accurately represent the subject of the article.
