English: On the publication of Min Bao, an article written by Sun Yat-sen (The article appeared in the first issue of Ming Bao, meaning "The People's Report", published in Tokyo, Japan, on November 26, 1905, in which Dr. Sun for the first time put forward his great principles of Nationalism, Democracy and the People's Livelihood - later known as The Three Principles of the people. The paper is the organ of Tongmen Hui. Sun Yat Sen is the father of China and died at 1925, therefore the photo must be in public domain.

ဤဖန်တီးမှုလက်ရာအား ၎င်း၏ မူရင်းနိုင်ငံနှင့် အခြားနိုင်ငံဒေသများတွင် အများပြည်သူပိုင်အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ထားရာ၌ မူပိုင်ခွင့်သက်တမ်းအပေါ် အဓိပ္ပါယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုထားသည်မှာ ၎င်းအား ဖန်တီးခဲ့သူ ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်၏ သက်တမ်းအား (70) နှစ်ဖြင့် ပေါင်းခြင်းရလဒ် (သို့) ၎င်းထက်ပို၍နည်းသော ဖွင့်ဆိုချက် ဟု ဆိုလိုခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။

ဤလက်ရာသည် အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စုတွင် မည်သည့်အတွက်ကြောင့် အများပြည်သူပိုင်ဖြစ်ရသည်ကို ညွှန်ပြရန် အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု၏ အများပြည်သူ မူပိုင်ခွင့်ဆိုင်ရာ စာတွဲများထဲမှ တစ်ခုခုကို ထည့်သွင်းဖော်ပြပေးရန်လိုသည်။ မူပိုင်ခွင့်ဆိုင်ရာစည်းမျဉ်းများ သတ်မှတ်ထားကြရာတွင် မက္ကဆီကိုနိုင်ငံ၌ (၁၀၀)နှစ်၊ဂျမေကာနိုင်ငံ၌ (၉၅)နှစ်နှင့် ကိုလံဗီယာနိုင်ငံ၌ (၈၀)နှစ်၊ ဂွာတီမာလာနှင့် ဆာမိုအာနိုင်ငံ၌ (၇၅)နှစ် ကဲ့သို့ နှစ်(၇၀)ထက်ပိုသော သတ်မှတ်ချက်ရှိသည့် အချို့သောနိုင်ငံများရှိသည်ကို သတိပြုပါ။ ထိုကဲ့သို့သော နိုင်ငံများ၌ဤရုပ်ပုံသည် အများပြည်သူပိုင်အဖြစ် အကျုံးဝင်မည်မဟုတ်သည့်အပြင် ၎င်းတို့၏သတ်မှတ်ချက်ထက် ပို၍တိုတောင်းသည့် ဥပဒေပြဌာန်းချက်များကိုလည်း အသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်ခံခြင်း မရှိကြပေ။ ထို့ပြင်ဒုတိယကမ္ဘာစစ်အတွင်း ပြင်သစ်နိုင်ငံအတွက် ကျဆုံးခဲ့ကြသော ပြင်သစ်လူမျိုးများ(အသေးစိတ်သိရှိရန်)၊ ဒုတိယကမ္ဘာစစ်အရှေ့ခြမ်း ရှေ့တန်းစစ်မြေပြင်(ရုရှားတွင် မဟာမျိုးချစ်စစ်ပွဲဟု လူသိများ)၌တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ကြသော ရုရှားလူမျိုးများ၊ ဆိုဗီယက်ဖိနှိပ်မှုများနောက်ပြန်လည်ထူထောင်ခြင်းခံရသူများ (အသေးစိတ်သိရှိရန်) အစရှိသော လူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တို့၏ဖန်တီးထားသော လက်ရာများအပေါ် မူပိုင်ခွင့် သက်တမ်းတိုးထားနိုင်သည်။
