တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံး ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်မှု ရပ်စဲရေးသဘောတူစာချုပ်
တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံး ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်မှု ရပ်စဲရေးသဘောတူစာချုပ်(အင်္ဂလိပ်: Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA))သည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအစိုးရနှင့် တိုင်းရင်းသား လက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့များအကြား ချုပ်ဆိုသော စာချုပ်ဖြစ်သည်။၂၀၁၅ ခုနှစ် မတ်လ ၃၁ ရက်နေ့တွင် ဖိတ်ကြားထားသော ပါတီအများစုမှ မူကြမ်းကို သဘောတူညီခဲ့ကြသည်။၂၀၁၅ ခုနှစ် အောက်တိုဘာ ၁၅ ရက်တွင် သမ္မတဦးသိန်းစိန်မှ ရေးထိုးခဲ့သည်။[၁]လက်[၂]လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခြင်းကို လေ့လာသူများ၊ ကုလသမဂ္ဂ၊ ဗြိတိန်၊ နော်ဝေ၊ ဂျပန်နှင့် အမေရိကန်တို့မှ ဧည့်သည်တော်များက မျက်မြင်လေ့လာခဲ့ကြသည်။[၃][၄] A ceremony is held by the government annually on the anniversary of the signing of the agreement.[၅][၆]နှစ်စဉ် ထိုနေ့တွင် အစိုးရမှ တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံး ပစ်ခတ်တိုက်ခိုက်မှု ရပ်စဲရေးသဘောတူစာချုပ်လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခြင်း နှစ်ပတ်လည်အခမ်းအနားကို ကျင်းပလေ့ရှိသည်။

အစိုးရအနေဖြင့် လက်နက်ကိုင်အဖွဲ့ ၁၅ ခုကို ဖိတ်ကြားပြီး ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေးကို လက်တွဲလုပ်ဆောင်ရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခဲ့သည်။ သို့သော် ထိုထဲမှ စေ့စပ်ညှိုနှိုင်းမှုများပြုလုပ်စဉ်ကပင် မျှတမှုမရှိသောကြောင့်ဟူ၍ ဖိတ်ကြားမှုကို ငြင်းဆိုခဲ့သည်။[၇]
နောက်ပိုင်းတွင် လားဟူဒီမိုကရက်တစ်ပြည်ထောင်စုနှင့် မွန်ပြည်သစ်ပါတီတို့မှာ နောက်ပိုင်းမှပါဝင်လာပြီး ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီ ၁၃ ရက်နေ့တွင် လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့သည်။[၈][၉][၁၀][၁၁][၁၂]
