ဒီဝါလီ သို့မဟုတ် ဒီပါ၀လီ သည် ဟိန္ဒူဘာသာဝင်တို့၏ မီးထွန်းပွဲတော် ဖြစ်သည်။ နှစ်စဉ်နှစ်တိုင်း ဆောင်းဦးအချိန်တွင် ကျင်းပသည်။ ဒီပါ၀လီပွဲတော်သည် ဟိန္ဒူဘာသာဝင်တို့၏ ပွဲတော်များထဲမှ အကျော်ကြားဆုံးတစ်ခု ဖြစ်သည်။[၂][၃][၄][၅][၆] ပွဲတော်ကျင်းပသည့် ကာလတွင် ဘုရားကျောင်းများ၊ လူနေအိမ်များ၊ ဈေးဆိုင်များနှင့် အများပြည်သူနှင့်ဆိုင်သည့် အဆောက်အအုံများတွင် မီးတို့ကို လှပစွာ ထွန်းကြသည်။[၇] ပွဲတော်သည် ငါးရက်ကြာမြင်သည့်။ ဂရီဂိုးရီးယန်းပြက္ခဒိန်အရ ပွဲတော်သည် အောက်တိုဘာလလယ်နှင့် နိုဝင်ဘာလလယ်တို့တွင် ကျင်းပလေ့ ရှိသည်။ များသောအားဖြင့်သီတင်းကျွတ်လကွယ်နေ့တွင် ကျင်းပလေ့ရှိသည်။[၈]
