ပန်ဂျရှာ တောင်ကြား
ခြင်္သေ့ငါးကောင်တောင်ကြားဟု အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရသော ပန်ဂျရှာတောင်ကြား (Dari: درهٔ پنجشير) သည် အာဖဂန်နစ္စတန်မြောက်အလယ်ပိုင်းရှိ တောင်ကြားဖြစ်ပြီး မြို့တော် ကဘူး၏ မြောက်ဘက် ၁၅၀ ကီလိုမီတာ (၉၃ မိုင်) အကွာတွင် ရှိသည်။ ဟင်ဒူကွပ်တောင်တန်းအနီးတွင် ဖြစ်သည်။ [၁] တောင်ကြားတွင် ပန်ဂျရှာမြစ် ဖြတ်စီးနေပြီး လူ ၁၀၀၀၀၀ မျှနေသော ဒေသတည်း။ အာဖဂန်နစ္စတန်၏ လူမျိုးကြီးတခုဖြစ်သော တာဂျစ်တို့ ဌာနီဖြစ်သည်။ [၂] ယခင်က ပါဝမ်ပြည်နယ်ဝင်ဖြစ်သော်လည်း ၂၀၀၄ ခု၊ ဧပြီတွင် ပန်ဂျရှာပြည်နယ်ဟု သီးခြားဖြစ်လာသည်။ [၃]
