ပလာတာကျွန်း
ပရားတာ့စ်ကျွန်း (အင်္ဂလိပ်: Pratas Island)[၁][၂] သည် တောင်တရုတ်ပင်လယ်၏ မြောက်ဘက်ပိုင်း၌ရှိပြီး ထိုင်ဝမ်မှ ကောင်းရှုံ မြူနီစပယ်၊ ချီကျင်းဒိစတြိတ်အပိုင်တွင် ရှိသည်။ ဟောင်ကောင်၏ အရှေ့တောင်ဘက် ရေမိုင် ၁၇၀ (ကီလိုမီတာ ၃၁၀၊ မိုင် ၂၀၀) ခန့်တွင် ဖြစ်သည်။[၃][၄] ၆၄ ဟက်တာ (ဧက ၁၆၀) ကျယ်သော ရေပြာအိုင်ရှိပြီး တောင်တရုတ်ပင်လယ်၌ အကြီးဆုံးသောကျွန်း ဖြစ်သည်။[၅] တုံးရှာလေဆိပ်လည်းရှိသည်။
ပရားတာ့စ်ကျွန်း၌ ရေအောက်အစိတ်အပိုင်း ၃ ခုပါသည်။ ပရားတာ့စ် ကျောက်ခတ်ကျွန်းဝိုင်း၊ မြောက်ဗာရက္ကာကမ်းစပ်၊ တောင်ဗာရက္ကာကမ်းစပ်တို့ဖြစ်သည်။ ကျောက်ခတ်ကျွန်းဝိုင်းမှာ ပရားတာ့စ်ကျွန်း၏ အနောက်ဘက်ပိုင်းတွင် လခြမ်းကွေးပုံရှိနေ၏။ ကျွန်းအနောက်မြောက်ဘက်ရေအောက်၌ မြောက်ဗာရက္ကာကမ်းစပ်သည် ရေမျက်နှာပြင်အောက် ၁၁ မီတာ (၃၆ ပေ) တွင် ရှိပြီး တောင်ဗာရက္ကာကမ်းစပ်မှာ ၅၈ မီတာ (ပေ ၁၉၀) တွင်ဖြစ်သည်။
ကျွန်းအနောက်ဘက်တွင် ရေနံတွင်းများ အများအပြား ရှိသည်။[၆] ၂၀၀၇ ခု၌ တုံးရှာကျောက်ခတ်ကျွန်းဝိုင်းအမျိုးသားဥယျာဉ်ကို ထိုကျွန်း၌ တည်ထောင်ခဲ့သည်။ တရုတ်ပြည်သူ့သမ္မတနိုင်ငံက ၎င်းကျွန်းကို ကွမ်တုန်းပြည်နယ်ပိုင်အဖြစ် အဆိုပြုလျက်ရှိသည်။
