သစ်လျှောက်ငှက် သည် မြောက်ကမ္ဘာလုံးခြမ်းနှင့် အာဖရိကတိုက်တွင် ကျင်လည်ကျက်စားသည့် ငှက်မျိုးနွယ်တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။ ယင်းငှက်မျိုးတွင် Certhia နှင့် Salpornis ဟူသော မျိုးစု ၂ ခု ရှိသည်။ အစာရှာရန် သစ်ပင်မျက်နှာပြင်တွင် တွယ်တက်တတ်ကြသည်။
