ဟက္ကိံဒီ ဟီချီလမ္မာ (၁၉၆၂ ဇွန် ၄ ဘွား) သည် ဇမ်ဘီယားနိုင်ငံသား စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်နှင့် နိုင်ငံရေးသမားဖြစ်ပြီး ၂၀၂၁ ခုတွင် ဇမ်ဘီးယားသမ္မတအဖြစ် ရွေးကောက်ခံရသည်။ ယခင်ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ ၅ ခု (၂၀၀၆, ၂၀၀၈, ၂၀၁၁, ၂၀၁၅ နှင့် ၂၀၁၆) တို့တွင် ဝင်ပြိုင်ဖူးပြီး ယခုမှ နိုင်ခြင်းတည်း။ [၁] မဲအရေအတွက်၏ ၅၉% ရကာ ၂၀၂၁ အထွေထွေရွေးကောက်ပွဲတွင် အနိုင်ရခြင်းဖြစ်၏။ [၂] ဟီချီလမ္မာသည် ၂၀၀၆ ကတည်းကပင် အမျိုးသားဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးပေါင်းစည်းပါတီ (United Party for National Development) ကို ဦးဆောင်ခဲ့သူဖြစ်သည်။
