@Tikkhacara: All Wikipedias, including the English language Wikipedia, use Unicode as it is Wikimedia Foundation policy. To read or edit on Myanmar Wikipedia, you'll need to install any Myanmar Unicode font that follows Unicode 5.1. And you can also use embedded font system via "ဘာသာစကားများ" (Languages) on the left side of the page.

1. Click the Language setting icon beside of ဘာသာစကားများ
2. Click on Fonts
3. Select "TharLon", "Myanmar3" or "Padauk" in the dropdown menu.
4. Be sure to check the box of "Download fonts when needed Download missing fonts automatically and allow selection of preferred fonts."
5. Then, click Apply Setting and enjoy!
