Hello, I've created the page ဝီကီပီးဒီးယား:အော့ဖ်လိုင်း as an alternative for the current landing page so it can be distributed either offline via meta:Kiwix or on distributed/uncensored networks (see [၁]). The page sticks to the essentials and removes items that either are outside this exact wiki, or are bound to change over time when offline distributions do not (for instance the "image of the day", which cannot be updated on our side).

I obviously do no write burmese, and that is where I need your help: first to make sure that the spelling for wikipedia:offline is correct, then to make sure that the page stays up and tell your community (people not familiar with the idea of offline distribution tend to be suprised to see an non-local account edit on the meta space :-D). If I guessed right you are an admin so should know the best place to inform people.

I was recently sent a link to the above-linked article, with a specific note about this paragraph. I am not certain about the accuracy of Google Translate or Yandex Translate (I used both), but it seems that the article does have a lot of neutrality issues. I understand that articles about ethnic subjects where conflict exists are very unlikely to be completely neutral on the projects in the languages relevant to the ethnic conflict, but at the very least some degree of neutrality and encyclopedic tone should be present. The paragraph I linked, if the machine translations are even remotely correct, is unsourced opinion and incredibly inappropriate for an encyclopedia. A significant portion of the rest of the article has similar issues with neutrality and sourcing. I would very much value your thoughts on whether this article can be edited more neutrally.
